Hello and welcome to the Lender’s Sales Center, a hub of resources for lenders and loan officers collected and created by me, Tali Raphaely, attorney, successful author, motivational speaker and President of Armour Title Company.

Why Read the Lender’s Sales Center?

The Lender’s Sales Center is the culmination of the two worlds I inhabit: one, as a writer focusing on self-help, motivation and inspiration, and business advice, and the other as the president of a successful national title company.

My goal is to help lenders and loan officers:

  • Be better resources to realtors
  • Be more confident and successful when reaching out to consumers
  • Improve their sales process
  • Get better at generating leads online
  • Learn how to follow up on deals and leads

Becoming a Salesperson

As you’ve probably heard before, a journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step. For lenders and loan officers looking to increase their sales and expand their business, that first step is mental, not physical. You’ve go to start thinking of yourself as a salesperson, not just a lender.

Salesmanship is an artform, and its primary colors are volume and relationships. While the status quo would lead you to believe that having a high volume of customers makes having real, personal relationships with customers impossible, or at least impractical. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

In the Lender’s Sales Center, I will share key insights from my work as a motivational speaker, snippets from my published work on negotiation, and practical advice from my years of experience working in the lending world.
